Cost & subscriptions
Prospect Athlete is free to download and use. An optional Pro subscription adds unlimited coach contacts and the full school list. Families who joined before Pro launched keep full access for free. Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple or Google. On iPhone, manage it under Settings ▸ [your name] ▸ Subscriptions; on Android, under Play Store ▸ Profile ▸ Payments & subscriptions.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app: tap the profile icon in the top-right corner, then choose Delete Account. Once deleted, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. If you need help, email us at the address above.
Account access or login issues
If you're having trouble signing in or resetting your password, email us with the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.

We build Prospect Athlete for student-athletes and their families, and your feedback shapes what we do next. Send bug reports or ideas to the email above — please include your device model (iPhone or Android), its software version and the app version for bug reports.
