Managing your subscription
Prospect Athlete subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To view, change, or cancel your subscription, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time from within the app under Settings → Account. Once deleted, your personal data is removed from our systems within 30 days. If you need help, email us at the address above.
Account access or login issues
If you're having trouble signing in or resetting your password, email us with the address on your account and we'll help you regain access.
